[STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FLOSS PROPERLY]
Step 1 - Simply unravel 18 inches of floss. Wrap it around both middle fingers with more on one side, leaving about two inches between your hands. Step 2 - Using the index and thumb fingers for control, see-saw motion to glide the floss between your teeth and wrap it into a "C-shape" around the base of the tooth and gently under the gumline. Wipe the tooth from top to bottom two or three times, using Upward/Downward motion while maintaining the "C-shape" around the tooth. Step 3 - Be sure to floss both sides of every tooth. Don't forget the backs of your last molars. Work your way through the floss as you clean each section of your teeth; and as it picks up particles. Step 4 - Finally, brush your teeth AFTER you floss - it is a more effective method of cleaning and removing buildup particles!
