Description

• ETHIOPIAN NATURAL PROCESS COFFEE Hand-sorted Arabica beans from the Sidama Zone of Ethiopia, dried naturally with the coffee cherry on the bean, deliver a medium-light roast cup with the layered fruit-forward character that defines coffee's birthplace.
• BRIGHT FRUIT MILK CHOCOLATE & CARAMEL NOTES Discover juicy notes of berry and stone fruit, gentle milk chocolate, and sweet caramel in a clean, balanced cup; a wine-like acidity meets a smooth body for a refreshing, complex daily coffee.
• ROASTED TO ORDER FOR PEAK FRESHNESS Every bag of Ethiopia Natural is small-batch roasted only after you order, so essential oils, aroma, and origin character arrive at peak intensity instead of sitting stale on a warehouse shelf for months.
• VERSATILE BREW METHODS Brews beautifully in a traditional drip machine, blooms in a pour-over or AeroPress, holds body in a French press, and pulls a balanced espresso shot or Moka pot brew; a bright, fruit-forward cup that shines black or with light cream.
• FAIR TRADE SMALL-BATCH GIFT-READY COFFEE Sealed in a one-way valve bag that locks in aroma and freshness; a thoughtful gift for coffee lovers, espresso enthusiasts, dads, moms, hostesses, holidays, birthdays, and housewarmings from a family-owned American roaster.

The Merrystone Quality: Roasted Only When You Order Experience coffee the way it was meant to be enjoyedat the peak of its freshness. At Merrystone Coffee, we never let our Ethiopia Natural beans sit on a shelf. We roast to order, meaning we fire up the roaster only after you place your purchase. This ensures that the delicate, volatile aromatics of this world-class single origin are perfectly preserved until the moment you brew. A Fruit-Forward Masterpiece Our Ethiopia Natural is a celebration of traditional processing. By drying the coffee beans inside the cherry (the "Natural Process"), the bean absorbs the sweetness and fruit characteristics of the fruit. This results in a cup that is remarkably different from standard washed coffees, offering a wild, berry-forward profile with a rich, winey acidity and a deep, chocolatey finish. Sourced from the Birthplace of Coffee Grown in high-altitude gardens where coffee originated, these heirloom beans are a testament to quality. Whether you are brewing a delicate pour-over to highlight the floral notes or a bold espresso to capture the syrupy body, this coffee delivers an exotic and sophisticated experience. Available in 12 oz bags and 12 lb bulk packs for the true enthusiast.
