For use in accordance with FDA at Maximum levels of use as flavor carrier, protectant: 2% in baked goods prepared from dry mixes, breakfast cereal, chewing gum, compressed candies. 1% in gelatin's and pudding's, flavored coffee and tea, processed cheese products, dry mixes for beverages 0.5% in flavored savory snacks and crackers. 0.2% in dry mix for soups.
